yes - so it is.
(i'm pretty sure that our wml is behind the spec. one of the reasons why
it's been left is that hopefully we'll be generating our ecs2 wml base
classes directly from the official DTD.)
if you're happy about rolling your own jar from the latest cvs (not very
difficult) i'll add in that (those) new class(es) for you.
otherwise, i could roll you a new jar here and email it to you.
