I think this is a 'business issue.' In other words, the business users will
have to tell you what matching requirements (and any tolerances) are required
between the customs documents and your EDI 810. If you have no direction on
this matter, you may have to report all differences between the two as
errors, and show these to the business users to help them decide what should
be done to handle each type of situation.
