How I have mapped the N1.

In mapper
right click on N101 and click on conditional variable.
right click on N104 and make it a memory variable.
right click on N104 and assign a post rule nn0 to it.

In the post rule I simply do a series of if then else statements.
if conditional variable N101 = ST then perform rule nn1
if conditional variable N101 = BT then perform rule nn2
and so on. The actual mapping is done in the perfomred rules.

You end up with a lot of rules, but it is fairly clean to follow.

Some people have recommended that you create multiple N1 instances, one for
each qualifier you want to map. I think this is harder to go back and
modify later.

Subject: Paperfree EDI Translator

Is anyone out there using the Paperfree translator? I am new to the
product
and I am in dire need of expert advice -- the manuals leave something to
be
desired.

Specifically, I looking for help using if then else condition statements
when attached to elements.

Thanks,
