Can anyone answer if BizTalk from Microsoft:
1. does FA processing and reconciliation?
2. does EDI syntax/compliance checking?
3. Archiving
4. communications
5. throughput performance.

From what I understand BizTalk can do XML-to-EDI translations and EDI-to-XML
translations with the proper mapping. Does anyone know if BizTalk from

I have a client who is hoping to be able to upgrade an existing
translation software package to a newer one which supports EDI legacy
systems, and will also do internet and XML standards as well.
Has anyone on the list done anything like this and can you let me know
what software package(s) you looked at and finally adopted?
