The easiest way to do it is to ALL agree on a specific
line of text as the first line of the message, and then we can all set up
our mail tossers to delete messages with that specific line in
them.
We can use:
EDI-L Out-of-Office
Although this will be sent with each Out of Office
message while we are away, No one but a list member will know the relevance of
this message.
Just a thought....... I'll be using it for 2
weeks in September while I am away at additional training. I will be
reading my Emails, but not from my main computer, so I do not know when I will
be reading Email.
Oh well, just a
thought.....
