#2 Gateway shutting down due to not being able to position in a row

I've this problem and reported it over a year ago. I believe it was
eventually resolved with a combination of patched software and changing the
locking level on tables from page level to row level.

#3 Unable to translate more than 41 files in a queue

Same as above. The problem was reported over a year ago. It was not
resolved. A work around was put into place by Harbinger PS. It involved a
Unix script that pulled all the files out of the queue and appended them all
into one large file and placed this one large file back into queue for the
translator.

Cliff,

"#1 R XL997.228: Duplicate control number detected at DOC. Check Op
Center.
Generated from an FA translation"

Try adding count into Doc-control-no in your map or envelope at
the document
level between ST-SE.

I think most of us agree with the downfalls of Harbinger and their
prodcut(s). Lets start discussing some specific problems that maybe we
can
help each other with.

TLE 4.1.4 HP UX with an Informix database (soon migrating to TLE 4.2 and
Oracle)

#1 R XL997.228: Duplicate control number detected at DOC. Check Op
Center.
Generated from an FA translation

#2 Gateway shutting down due to not being able to position in a row

#3 Unable to translate more than 41 files in a queue

#4 Trouble Tickets remaining open endlessly without a response or being
closed without resolution (I know, not a specific problem just a
generalized
condition. I had to, sorry)
