Hello, LIST,

Early this week, Due to a particular condition as shown below:
1) I had to use exiting data files which were created by an old version of manifest
program;
2) I had to follow a none negotiable Book# System and Transaction Instruction which
UPS requests.

I had very difficult time making CD3 segment to work as a loop under SMD, and make
unlimited SMD (one day worth shipments) between one ST and SE.

In order to meet the deadline, I posted a E-mail titled as "Help! (215/4010)" to our
list. I was very pleased to receive some quick responses, suggestions ,friendly
support and follow-up amount you.

Today, I very happy to tell all of you, that all my 215/4010 implementation problem
was resolved by EXTOL Technical support group providing the persistent effort in
finding different possible solutions on multiple conflicts. I enjoy working w/ them
and admire their work ethic as a group.

For all the help I received this time, I would like to give a special appreciation to
Peter Stetson, Mike Coyle, John Coyle and Angie Boris at Extol and Mary Scanlan, Dean
Aderson and Michael Windbeck on our List.

Thank you ALL and have a nice weekend!
