I believe ANSI - X12 defines as - date expressed as YYMMDD(6-digits) or
CCYYMMDD(8-digits).

A quick one.

What is the proper format for dates for 6 and 8 digit dates ?

Is it YYMMDD and CCYYMMDD?

Thanks,
