I am with Forestexpress, a virtual marketplace serving the Forest Product
Industry.

I am doing some research on how EDI charges have changed in the past 5-8
years (since my active involvement in EDI with GEIS and Harbinger).

Specific information that I am trying to get a better understanding of is:

*       How do VANs charge for EDI transactions today
*       What are typical charges for on network translation  (set-up and
ongoing)
*       If you are paying for your EDI service on a subscription basis, what
are the parameters around what's included in your fees
*       Are you paying extra charges for reporting
*       What are the set up costs (cost of entry to EDI, software,
integration, van set-up)

Anything that you can share with me around these areas is most appreciated.
