iNTERFACEWARE Corporation has a position open for a Product Support Specialist in Toronto, Canada. 

Product Support Specialist

The qualified candidate will work closely with both Development and Sales providing quality technical support services to the iNTERFACEWARE customer base. Successful candidate will help solve customer production issues, suggest workflow solutions and diagnose software limitation issues.  In addition, the Product Support Specialist will assist in the pre-sales process as well as provide certified technical training to users.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

* - Provide technical support for our iNTERFACEWARE Chameleon interface engine

*  Work collaboratively with the Software Development and Sales team members to resolve customer issues

*  Attend sales calls to assist with sales efforts

*  Conduct Chameleon training courses both at conferences and customer sites   Develop support reference content for internal and external publication

*  Resolve problems and execute solutions

*  Deliver on small engagements

*  Attend industry based training and meetings as required

Desired Skills and Experience:

*  Experience in development with at least one of the following languages: Visual Basic, C++, Java or Delphi

*  Experience in a messaging protocol like HL7, X12, EDIFACT is desirable

*  Must be willing to travel

*  Must enjoy working directly with customers in both a technical support and pre-sales role

*  Good communications skills (oral and written)

*  Strong presentation skills

-*  Experience in documentation is desired

Education:-       College or university degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
