I enjoyed William J. Kammerer's response.  I think its great that these
articles are always written with the promise of the big payoff in the
future.

What I'd like to know is how they plan on telling the "twelve
"highest-dollar customers,"" that they have to switch over to XML from EDI.
Sounds like a real great career move.
