I spoke to DISA.  Here are some clarifications to the figures that you mention in your 
email.

With staff reductions throughout FY03 (July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 year which 
is the last reported 990 on file publicly with the IRS) we had between 31 and 22 staff 
to get to that salary and benefit total.  The staff list on the web is reflective of 
today's current staff (13 employees) as of August 2004 (the FY05 year running July 1, 
2004 through June 30, 2005).  Since July 1, 2002, as revenues declined, so did the 
number of DISA staff.

With regards to rent, DISA was able to get out of the lease at the rent stated below 
and moved to our new location a year ago, November 11, 2003.  Our new rent figure is 
$9,422 per month or $113,064 per year.
