The personal gripe I have with this tactic is that I, the poor schlub that
has to work this problem, is not getting a piece of the $300 or a bottle of
schnapps for my pain.

I can only think of one solution.... $$$$$$$$ Allow the tester 3 free
documents and there after charge them $300.00 a document that comes in
error. Penalty charges always wake up the end users!!
