Is anyone familiar with the National Council on Prescription Drug Programs ( <http://www.whitehouse.gov/omb/egov/c-3-6-chi.html> NCDCP)NCDCP standard? I know it is used for perscription drugs but don't know if this is a HIPAA subset of an existing X12 standard transaction or is it a proprietary flat file? Thanks for any insight.
