The fees will never be enough. Sales always says to pay the fees,
charged to their budget. I'd mind the fees less if the testing program
was well run, intelligently supported and used my data for testing. But
they don't and never are.

The latest KMart testing fiasco was just that, a fiasco. The
implementation guides didn't match the Edifecs compliance files they
used to analyze the data. So of course, the data I sent that matched the
guides failed. Error messages were way too cryptic, support never
explained them and the opened cases were poorly handled. I was told to
test transactions that I don't do.

Just my venting. Good luck with your problem.

Subject: [EDI-L] another round of testing fee's

I was just greeted with an email outlining some EDI mapping changes from
one of our customers. The changes don't bother me as much as them
charging me to test their new changes they want to implement.

I know this has been on the board before, but it still stinks. This time
the testing fee's are more expensive than the others. When is enough
enough.

Thanks,
Denise
