    I also answered Michael Kotoyan directly when he responded to one of the
earlier renditions on this thread to this statement  "Like many, I am torn
on this issue. Somehow we still manage to survive
considering the fact that unemployment is reaching all time low levels
in years, while outsourcing is reaching all time high levels. How do you
explain that?"  My explanation was "This is very easy to explain.  The
unemployment level only counts those
still able to collect unemployment checks.  When the time runs out and you
do not become employed, forget it you are now not counted anywhere."

    I believe the person you responded to on this message was only
responding to the question by Mr. Kotoyan as I did and neither of us were
whining.
