Better still, you can tell them you can't do RFID. Common Shawn, didn't they give you 6 month heads-up re 856 requirement? If they didn't -- simply call them back and tell them you need more time (more like few more month etc). Comparing to Kohl's, K-Mart/Sears or JCP Wal-Mart is not such a big deal... Unless your ERP is completely out of wack, and can't support the ASN... And BTW, on the end of the day it all comes down to the relationship between your sales and Wal-Mart buyer. Buyer may actually give you exemption, and you would NEVER have to do ASNs for them. I've worked with a major Wal-Mart/Sams Supplier with over 150 million in sales and we never had to do ASN...
