Client Job Description
This position will provide IM leadership in the webMethods technology
space including Integration Server, Broker and Trading networks for
the Client Companies. This person will manage cross-functional teams
responsible for delivering defined project outputs on time, within
budget, and with quality results. Manage and communicate a clear
vision of the project's objectives and motivate the project team to
achieve them, create a project environment that enables peak
performance by team members. Manage relationships with project
stakeholders, including internal and external clients and vendors,
keeping stakeholders informed of progress and issues in order to
manage expectations on all project requirements and deliverables.
Anticipate and resolve issues/barriers that impede progress.
Position roles include,
Analyze the functional requirements and develop technical requirements
Project architecture, Solution design, and Design review. Ensure
best practices, reliability, supportability and simplicity in the
solution designed
Development, Code review
Testing
Migration and Deployment
Solution support and documentation
Account management/ internal client management
Vendor management of off-shoring resources
Position responsibilities include,
Provide base business support for integrations in production built
using webMethods technology.
Provide Concepts and Feasibility estimations support for projects.
Work with the tools and methodologies that are adopted by the
organization
Provide guidance, direction, mentoring and coaching to the project team
Provide account management to internal clients
Provide support for off shoring efforts within organization related
to the webMethods technology.
Ensure that J&J information assets are appropriately identified and
valued, and are protected by complying with and enforcing all local
and worldwide security policies
Ensure that security is considered and emphasized in all IM plans
and actions
Abide by the compliance policies and processes identified for to
maintain compliance (SOX, FDA, CIA, etc.)
Provide leadership to support team to identify and develop the
skills, techniques, processes and documentation required to build a
dependable support base
