Hello,
I agree with Srini. GXS AI (aka OmniTrans) is a very complex and robust
tool. GXS Enterprise is equally so. In the beginning it can take quite a bit
of time to develop and configure an application for ones particular
implementation. When one begins testing and debugging it can take time to
become comfortable because of the seemingly overwhelming amount information
in the log files. Another problem in earning how to use such a tool is that
you are limited mainly to vendor training courses and the manual. At times
its similar to C programming - you can do almost anything you want - this
can be a good and a bad thing ;)
However, once GXS is up and running and the development/support team are
knowledgeable about their implementation they will find it an to be an
excellent solution.
