I suggest you take a look at the Zipper Translation System @

Zipper-D is an easy to use GUI mapper that runs on Windows and Linux
Zipper-T is a cross-platform translation engine that can run on any platform.
You just import the maps from Zipper-D.
Do you need a UNIX or a Windows translator ? Not that it matters, Zipper is
both.
