Steve, Just a quick look at the standards in workbench shows that the G3301 is a numeric field with implied decimal at 2 places (N2). I'd say you need to change this to a real number field "decimal number" in order to be able to receive the negative sign. If you're not getting the decimal in the data, you'll need to account for that in your mapping once you switch from the implied decimal designator to the real number. I'm slightly surprised you're not getting an error with the neg sign in the data.
