Thanks for the quick responses!! We would be certainly talking to the bank before we provide our final proposition to business - it will take us some time to get this info from bank - jumping the hoops to get to the right contact etc and was wondering to use the info from the group in the interim.
We are trying to find out what would be process that is followed for creating these 820 transactions - we have been receiving a value of "ADC" (ACH Demand Credit) for BPS_01 in all these transactions - keeping in mind these are really small customers - we are not able to decipher what would have caused this transaction to be created i.e. the customer calling his bank etc - what are the options available for a online customer that would create a transaction such as the one mentioned below - appreciate everyone's enthusiam in helping us.
