Hi all,
I am manually trying to update the outbound IDOCs to status 16 in SAP. When I
translated the corresponding CONTRL (EDIFACT 997) message, the status message
is not getting created. And obviously the IDoc is not getting updated to status
16. I confirmed that the EDIFACT message has UCM segments in it.
Could it be because the outbound EDI transaction in TLE is manually reconciled
(by mistake) and is now in Acknowledged stage. However, if we go one step
below, the transaction History is in waiting stage.
Also, where do you find the error or message saying that the status cannot be
created, due to the transaction is already acknowledged or something like that.
Please share your comments and provide any clues you may have to overcome this
issue.
