Ron,

Thanks for the quick response.  Unfortunately, it did not really help since 
there is no object on their system called STRGEN.  Either they renamed it or I 
don't have authority to it.  In either case, I am stuck waiting for the other 
company to (reluctantly) reply.

This also explains why I could not find it which makes me feel a little better 
about my memory.
