Additionally, it would be helpful to get your network people involved as they can tell you whether the packets are getting to the firewall and going out. If you can show on your side that they are going out, then you need to verify the URL/IP address. If it's correct, then get the partner's network people to trace it through. Perhaps they haven't opened their firewall to your IP.
