Your feedback is way to generic or vague for troubleshooting here..
Did you get an MDN when you try to send? Have you contacted your TP to see if
there's any indication they got something on their side? Has your TP tried to
connect to you and send a file and if so what was the results of their attempt?
Many more questions can be raised with this issue, but you will need to hvae
that discussion with your TP and possibly your network team...

Subject: Re: [EDI-L] Error when sending file through GIS AS2
Hi All,
We are using the sterling GIS AS2 to connect to other trading partners. We have
lot of customers which it has been implemented and using with no issues.
Now for a new trading partner I have configured the AS2 setup and trying to
send the file. I also opened the firewal1 for the Trading partner IP's given.
But could not send the file and getting the error as below.
<ErrorInfo>Building message for file test_846.dat...
Message constructed
Calling send BP
Setting lock...
Raising exception for failed send...
</ErrorInfo>
<ServerResponse>
<ResponseReasonPhrase>Internal Error: Could not complete connection to
specified host</ResponseReasonPhrase>
</ServerResponse>
Please help me out.
