Chris, I agree with your point if not many people use the realtime chat. But if many people were to use the chat at the same time, then a bunch of knowledgeable people can help the person in need at that moment.
We work (and live) in a society that requires immediate results and answers. EDI-L is good if you want to wait for an answer, but sometimes people need the answer now. That is why I set it up the realtime chat. If it takes off that would be great. But if it doesn't, then I'm going to keep it running anyway.
