Not true, Gentran can be setup to recognize partner by ISA sender and receiver id or GS sender and receiver id. Search the Sterling/IBM site for white papers on how to setup the GS maps. But the sender and receiver id's are always used as a pair. They are usually concatenated in the trading partner setup.

As of my knowledge, Gentran Server for Windows recognizes the partner based on just Sender. I need to translate both those documents coming with same SenderID using different maps. Can anybody please suggest me any possible way how can I process those two files accordingly with different maps.
