Depends if the potential employer is easlily dazzled by acronyms on resumes or 
actually has a clue.

(I may be biased here. I have no certificates of any kind, unless someone 
telling me I should be 'certified' counts, that is).

BUT... the training/certification effort may be worth something to YOU.
