UefiCpuPkg/ResetVector: Fix wrong comment in Flat32SearchForSecEntryPoint()
The comment "Initialize EBP and ESI to 0" indicates that register EBP
and ESI are being zeroed however the registers being zeroed actually are
EBX and ESI, which makes comment wrong. EBP holds BFV.
Update the comment, change "EBP" to "EBX" which is correct register.
