UefiCpuPkg/ResetVector: Update outdated ReadMe.txt
The path "UefiCpuPkg/ResetVector/Vtf0/ResetVector.inf" which mentioned
in ReadMe doesn't exist. The Correct path of INF file is
"UefiCpuPkg/ResetVector/Vtf0/Vtf0.inf".
Update the mentioned ReadMe paths to correct valid INF path.
