You can grab daily RPM builds (using "yum" eg, but you can also download the RPMs and extract them with rpm2cpio) from http://www.kraxel.org/repos/ I've put up some documentation under http://www.linux-kvm.org/page/OVMF and I kind of try to keep that article up-to-date. These are not official TianoCore materials of course.
