Erk, a completely non standard licence and process.  That's a bummer
because those have to be reviewed on a case by case basis by outside
counsel at our company and I'm not going to be able to justify the cost
for what is essentially a hobby project for me.  Fortunately, I did add
UEFI to my employment open source works for hire waiver clause back when
Secure Boot was an issue, so I can just contribute on an individual
basis: I'll change the signoffs on the next go around.
