I have a data set where n=30 and it is stratified into three groups of approx 10 each. Within each group there is an immediate group and a delayed group. Measurements were taken at baseline, three months, six months, and some at nine months and twelve months. The data is both ordinal and integer/ratio. I was told that I need to run a 2-way ANOVA to analyze this but the software at the school (SPSS 9.0) will not run a 2-way ANOVA. Help! :-)
