I have completed a survey (about tv) and I have some yes/no ranked
data. I also have groups, for example gender and age.

I'm completely unsure how to statistically analyse this.

Well, what is it you are trying to find out? Why did you do this
project in the first place? Did you have any hypotheses a priori? Why
did you ask the questions you asked, and how did you choose the people
who answerred them? How many questions were on the survey? How many
'grouping' questions did you ask? etc.

Once you answer these questions, I or other people on the list will be
better able to help you.
