I would like to second what Corey said above.
The people working on Edubuntu are more technology than Education
focused, and we really require the input of Educators to assist us in
defining the goals and driving towards those, and testing our success
against them.

Please let me know if you are willing and able to assist with compiling
a goal list as described by Corey above and I will gladly add the
necessary wiki pages for you.
