Optional features have a cost too because different teams, different
organizations, different projects, end-up opting in to different subsets
of the language and now there are additional context switches whenever
you are swapping codebases.

If anyone does not adapt new notation he does not subtract
information -- he refuses to provide you additional info.
There is no point at which a reader ends up WORSE THAN NOW.
And there is also the learning cost
irrelevant.
