I have to agree, on all of Chip's points. I used OAS 4.0.7 on my last
project.  We didn't try their EJB stuff, but had all kinds of trouble with
just the simple web-server and servlet-engine functions.

I'm now a happy user of WebLogic.  Yes, it was way easier to get going.
Support is good, provided you have Usenet access.
