This will create one pool entry for each database row. Each pool entry is
effectively a thread (native or green). As a consequence, you have asked
for an extremely large amount of resources in the pool -- hence your out of
memory error.
In a realistic scenario, the pool size does not need to exceed the maximum
number of active sessions (as distinct from concurrent) your installation
may have.
