About Weblogic i am unaware....
Instance pooling is creating class instances (objects) and keeping them for
future use i.e. when actually required...
why should i create the instance before if i dont require it now...because
this effort will take memory but will save time for you when you actually
want to create instance....
there is one more side of it....when instances are not required they can be
put back to pool
Connection pooling is special type of instance pooling where you pooling the
connections (objects)
