Actually, our product is now:
Borland AppServer
which abbreviates to:
BAS
which I believe is now unique in the AppServer space.
But yes, indicating exactly which product you are using
is good.
Using that particular vendor's support forum is better.
(And reading the docs and the examples is best ;-)
