Make the following settings in the properties file in case you are getting
an error which says user not allowed after creating the MS Access DSN,
sqldsn is the name of the System DSN:

       url=jdbc:odbc:sqldsn,\
       driver=sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbcDriver,\
       initialCapacity=1,\

weblogic.allow.reserve.weblogic.jdbc.connectionPool.demoPool=everyone
weblogic.allow.reset.weblogic.jdbc.connectionPool.demoPool=everyone
weblogic.allow.shrink.weblogic.jdbc.connectionPool.demoPool=everyone
