Multiple subscriptions for a single MDB are reasonable, but note that it
is possible to have multiple MDBs specified in your JAR file all referring
to the same bean class.
Allowing subscriptions to be changed at run-time would require an MDB
administrative API to be standardized. If you can live with proprietary admin
APIs, what you requested is possible with Sybase EAServer and presumably
other servers as well.
