Websphere newbie...

I have prior experience in app servers but new to Websphere. I downloaded Websphere for Linux. Installed it.   1. Is there a tutorial to get me going quickly ? The InfoCenter is very confusing for beginners. I want to setup a app server, start the admin console, learn Websphere specific xml files, deploy war/ear/jsp, deployment from console, command-line etc, other WAS specific information.   2. When I run "startServer.sh", I get a ClassNotFounfError: com/ibm/crypto/provider/IBMJCE. Before I search through some jars, was wondering if somebody knew the jar which has this class ?     Thanks     -- padhu
