Hi Padhu, You can download "IBM Websphere 4.0 Advanced Edition Hand book from their red books site.... It has each and every steps in terms of using Websphere..... But I don't have the proper link for the same..... it is 12 MB in size. Regarding your second question.... We did not get any such errors after installation...
