It is better not to talk abt cracks here. I am also facing same problem like you. I feel bea may be restrcting the download time and it won't allow you to download again within near future. Try after some days.

haha. yeah buying weblogic is 75000/ indian rupees. Cant afford one.
Yeah i know of the other options, but thought some of us might be having a crack.
