For position a: Responsibilities: Provides MiBS system consultancy and support, in terms of business & system operation to client Requirements: At least Bachelor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Business At least 5 years of working experience in the related field Knowledge in banking operation, preferable managed operation and method and act as liaison with IT department. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For positions b: Responsibilities: Participate in application development, i.e : analysis, design, programming, testing, documentation and support of applications User requirement gathering; identify gaps. Analyse requirements and formulate solutions- to produce Software Requirement Specification. Prepares program/ systems design specifications and provide post-implementation support. Provides technical leadership Requirements: At least Bachelor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Computer Science/ IT At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field Experience in either Collateral Management, Credit Card or Wealth Management system. Required skills : Pro C, C++, Microsoft Visual Development tools (VB6/VB. Net), knowledge in RDBMS SQL command, Unix environment. Able to work on large pre-existing code base, navigate through the code base to perform analysis, bug fixing or enhancement. Good analytical and problem solving skills. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For positions c: Responsibilities: - SEPG shall be responsible for; - Identifying weaknesses and gaps in the software engineering process and facilitating the process improvement.- Conduct organizational assessment of current maturity level. - Ensure new processes are effectively implemented - Be able to provide references to worldwide best practices, along with case studies which will also be inputs to enhance levels of process implementation Requirements: - For SEPG positions, experience in or sound knowledge of CMMi Level 3/4/5 is an added advantage.- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For positions d: Responsibilities: Coordinates all tasks related to the answering of RFP (Request For Proposal)/RFI, including POCs( Proof of Concept) or any other tasks related to Solutions Advisory Prepares and does all documentation in relation to RFP/RFI responses or any other tasks related to Solutions Advisory Maintains database/repository of all RFP/RFI responses Responsible for ensuring communication between all relevant stakeholders in respect to the response of RFP/RFI or any other tasks related to Solutions Advisory Facilitates arrangement of meetings, appointments, demonstration dates, etc. Handles administrative tasks of Solutions Advisory and also of the Division Head Requirements: At least Bachelor/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Business Admin./ Computer Science/ IT At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field Good in written and communication skills.
