How about a Pac-12 Portable antenna. I use a Pac-12 that I made myself. It's a good portable antenna and easy to construct. Here is a web pointer:

I've worked quite a number of stations on 40, 30, and 20. (QRP levels.) Also, take a look at:

I am also considering making a longer telescoping upper section with a little more overall length.
