While there are audio CDs (and, I'm sure, tapes) available from ARRL, there is also "Morse Academy", a CW training/practice tool that runs under MSDOS (and Windows). It's extremely flexible, and free.

A hint for Windows XP/NT users: I've been unable to get the program to drive a sound card under these OSs, but "PC speaker output" works fine.
