Phil, Don't worry about the K3 utility polling K3. When you turn the K3 back on AFTER the P3 is unplugged from power, K3 utility will find the K3 and finish the load. The key is that the P3 MUST be off, and NOT come back on during the K3 software load. UNPLUG physically the power from the P3. 73, Don, WB5HAK
